Downloaded new iTunes, iPhone, and new AppleTV software, and neither lets me see the mentioned "purchased" section. So now I'm wondering if the new iTunes Match movie service is just for the US, or is in Canada too. Anyone hear anything? Are you in Canada and does it work for you? Are you in the US and is it up for you yet?

Just switched to my US account and can confirm that iCloud Movies is just US based as yet. Hope they activate it in the UK shortly as HDD crash lost two movies that I can't get back from Time Machine.

To clarify, "iTunes Match" refers solely to music in your iTunes library that was not purchased from the iTunes Store. iTunes Match is an extra-cost service, and does *NOT* include movies or TV shows.

And not everything is available for re-download with iTunes in the Cloud, either. Items that are no longer available on the iTunes Store cannot be redownloaded. Note that for music, some items changed, so you cannot get the original version you purchased!

One bonus: I purchased Terminator 2 when it was one of the first HD movies available, but BEFORE it became "iTunes Extras", so I never got the "Extras" part of it. In the iTunes in the Cloud re-download, I get the iTunes Extras now! But true, I do not see everything available. I only see actual purchases (but including free ones,) not Digital Copies.

Interesting... Apparently iTunes in the Cloud is also selective on newly-purchased movies.

I just looked at "Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy", and it says specifically "When purchased, this movie will not be available from iTunes in the Cloud." (emphasis mine.) Other movies have no disclaimer one way or the other.
