I recently imported two new CDs I received for Christmas into iTunes, and I have some songs on those discs in the playlists that I sync to my iPad. But those songs aren't apparently transferring to iCloud, since I can't access them from my iPad. The CDs are in the iTunes Store, by the way. I don't think one of them was there at the time I imported.

Any idea what the problem may be and how I can solve it?

Thanks in advance!

Did you try turning off match and back on? Turn it off on your iPad and leave it off. Then turn it off and back on on your computer let it rematch and turn it on on the iPad once the computer is complete. I had this issue awhile ago and after doing this it syncs across all my devices

You can also try hitting the "Update iTunes Match" button under Store in iTunes. That usually works for me.

It seems like having to do anything extra defeats the purpose. Isn't all of this supposed to just happen in the background?

I guess I can't have this problem, since iTunes match keeps turning itself off every day. ANNOYING.

I feel like there should be a "beta" tag attached to it.

I just click on Update iTunes Match under Store tab whenever I add new songs to iTunes, works perfectly every time.

I didn't know about that button. I'll know what to do net time. Thank you!

The previous suggestion of turning iTunes Match off and then back on did work, by the way.
