Here's what I still don't understand about iTunes match: do I have to pay $24.95/year to keep listening to songs that I didn't purchase or is the $24.95/year the fee to keep uploading songs from CDs from one year to the next? *I don't mind paying once to have all my music in the cloud, but I don't like the idea of paying annually to have access to music a I already paid for when I bought the CD.

Yes, you have to pay $25 annually to listen to music you've already purchased. The benefit, I suppose, is that it is accessible anywhere you go without having to sync to a computer.

Ask and you shall receive, but you really should do your own research.
