I purchased iTunes Match, uploaded / matched my library, and turned on iTunes Match on AppleTV. It shows all of the tracks I'm expecting it to show, most of the artwork is intact... But.

Any song I play quits after 24 seconds. Purchased, matched, uploaded-- it doesn't make a difference. Can't get past 00:24.

I'm able to download music from iTunes match to my iPad, to my MacBook Pro, and to my win7 PC. Songs download in seconds on any of those devices. (all connected to the same wifi network.)

I can stream hd movies, netflix, and home sharing all work flawlessly.

I've reset everything, done the reset; the factory restore; and rebooted cable modem, router and even my refrigerator (ya never know)....

Apple support was clueless, but were nice enough to offer to transfer me to a second tier specialist, if I didn't mind holding for 30 minutes. Being that I had about 3 minutes of battery left on my phone, I opted no to hold.

Any suggestions?

Quite a few people including me had this problem for few days last week. It was a problem originated from Apple's side.

It works fine now for most people who had an issue. In my case, the problem disappeared by itself but the rest needed to reset Apple TV as well as reset the router for the fix to take effect. I think you should try to actually unplug Apple TV first and then reset your router to ensure the proper reset.

I'll give it (another) shot. Hopefully they've resolved it, but it was having the same problem Saturday. Haven't tried the reset lately.

Thanks
