Resolved iTunes Match toggle not doing anything

Hey guys, so I have my iTunes match set up and I know it's working because I'm able to download songs from my other Mac. I just can't get it to work on the iPhone. I toggle the switch on, keep show all music on, but nothing happens in the iPod app. Am I missing something?
