iTunes meta data onto another hard drive ?

I had a few problems with my Mac mini OS whereby I had to install a new HHD with a clean OS install. I can only access my original drive via a USB caddy.

Is there a way to copy the metadata/album art etc of iTunes that was on my original drive onto the new drive to save me sorting things again manually ?
