iTunes Movies/Shows not playing or downloading

So I downloaded IOS 14/IPADOS 14 and when I watch movies or shows that are already downloaded on my devices they work fine. But anything that wasn’t downloaded will neither stream nor download onto any of my devices. Anyone else having this problem?
 
I am also having the problem. Bought a movie on my iPhone running iOS 14 and it shows up on my Apple TV (running tvOS 14) but it says there are problems with the content. Also no other previously purchased movies play on ANY device.
