I purchased 2 songs through iTunes (Windows 7).
In iTunes, both songs show up within the Purchased section. However one of the 2 has a blue greyed out iCloud Download icon. The other one has no iCloud Download icon at all.
I can play both songs!
Both songs (*.m4a) are physically located in ...
...\iTunes\Libraries\<username>\iTunes Media\Music\<artist>\<album>\<song>.m4a
When I click on the blue greyed out iCloud Download icon (Download), nothing happens.
Why this blue greyed out iCloud Download icon ?!
