Itunes Music Issue

This what I get when in Music. It is locked. I can't open any of the folders on left. Says Loading Your Music Library at Top of screen. I updated to Catalina a couple days ago and all seems ok.

I also had a Personal Playlist I made on Mohave. It was empty after upgrading to Catalina. Re-made it. But, today it is empty again.

The albums don't seem to be populating. They were all there yesterday after the upgrade. I can't Quit Music and can't Restart without closing it.

There are some cog type wheels to the left of the folders on top of left panel.

I know iCloud can take awhile to load. But, my library is not that big.

Any ideas?

I have not shut down by long depressing power button.

You can try force quitting the Music app but that will often cause issues with the actual library file which might require a repair. I have had similar issues as the library attempts to update and I just let it go. (My library is about 70k tracks BTW)
The symbols near the playlist names indicate a “smart” playlist as opposed to one u added from Apple Music or created manually by selecting albums to add to a playlist.

I did force quit. Working again. For now. I only have about 500 songs. Redid my personal play list. Will see if it stays. Turned auto sync off which was on by default. Thanks
