Hi, only a few weeks ago, I was able to back up my Pad mini (iOS 9.3.5). Today, , I try to back up again, out of the blue, iTunes (12.5.3.17) no longer sees the iPad mini. Why is that and how can I fix it? I tried everything descriptor from the Apple site.

Restart both devices and try again. Double check with a second computer, cable, USB port.

i had this issue with itunes windows. i uninstalled and reinstalled itunes. good luck

Any luck I just had the same problem, my cable is charging so I assume it’s good. Just taking to an Apple store isn’t that easy
