iPhone iTunes not recognize my iPhone

i know in youtube or google has couple thousands answer but all that answers cant solved my specific question so let me explain what happens what i have ?

ios 9.0.2 jailbroken iphone 6 128gb
windows 10 64 bit pc
windows 7 32 bit laptop
mac mini with el capitan
in windows "I CAN" access my pictures/music/filesystem/ etc with 3rd party applications ( in windows ifunbox etc. in mac photos ) but i tunes not recognizing ( actually asking me "unlock your freaking devices but thats all ") all operation system is doing same thing now when i try to reboot my connected ( pc, mac, laptop ) iphone couple seconds i can see my iphone in itunes... now i believe something block the communication itunes <> iphone and than when i reboot my devices that service/services is stop and iphone able to connect itunes... and that service probably working on iphone side

i already check restrictions & icleaner pro settings, i already try it in safe mod
now i need your professional hands guys...

update
i have apple file conduit 2 from cydia/telesphoreo
when i install afc2add from modmyi i can see my iphone in itunes...
but i have to restart my iphone after installition my iphone is disappear in intunes
so now i have

Sounds to me like you untrusted your computer by mistake.

In your iPhone go to
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy
Then plug it back in and say trust on your iPhone

If the trust pop up doesn't appear then reset network settings on your iPhone and try again to see if the pop up appears.

I have the same issue. I believe it is a bug in iOS. iPhoto see's the phone fine and so does 3rd party software sync software. Sucks because I can't backup my phone anymore. Of course, if the phone is in DFU mode iTunes can see it fine.

I said trust
Still nothing on Mac or pc's

Then it's your iOS device. Maybe a tweak screwed up something along the way.
I would dfu and restore as new w out using backups.

But guys my point is I don't wanna lost my jailbreak c'mon if you have headache are you cutting off your head I'm here I wanna know which process/services controls iTunes <> iPhone or which app controlling that communications.. maybe yes a tweak screwed but if we find which app plist file controls that maybe we do more than a restore spacial thanks again for your attention guys

And also usb works with 5 volts dc and 2 data pins 4 cable and gnd is connecting to the metal shell to usb plug to lightning cable if data or dc volt has a problem I can't access my device with 3rd part applications and off course same thing for charging port...

My cable worked for charging as well. It would work for a few things but wouldn't connect to iTunes. It's worth a try

I wish it's simple like this but I proud to say I already checked voltage output with multimeter cuz the beginning I'm thinking charging port issue but is not cable works perfectly

Does iTunes detect other devices with that lightning cable?

Does iTunes detect the phone when in DFU mode?

Yes iTunes dedects other devices with that cable and also yes iTunes dedects that iphone dfu and restore mode but I don't wanna restore.
