I am in recovery Mode on my iPad and iTunes is not recognizing my device. iTunes is updated to the latest version. What do I do to fix this ? why is iTunes not recognizing the device in Recovery Mode ?

When the device is not in Recover Mode iTunes is very well detecting the device.

Nobody is perfect. I remembered that thread in the back of my head. I posted a link to it in this thread because it sounded similar to your issue.

Which iPad and what are you trying to do exactly?

It is a 2018 11" iPad Pro. SIRI on it is saying wrong times. Like for anything after decimal it days 60 PM like for e.g. 10:60 for 10:30 etc...Apple support told me that if you do not want to directly erase and restore your iPad you can do a recovery which is a less invasive process and will install a fresh copy of OS So if it s a bug which has come with a corrupted OS it will get ironed out. So when I put my device into recovery mode iTunes fails to detect it.
