Has anyone come across an issue where both Apple Music and iCloud Music Library won't show anything? It will keep saying "loading library" then BAM "get the beat started by adding music here" I know its signed in to the iTunes store since it has my account listed, I've toggled iCloud music library on and off and apple music and nothing.

Did you by chance ever update to any 9.1 betas (Beta 1, 2, 3) and then downgrade back down to 9.0, 9.0.1 or 9.0.2?
Yeh I did but figured a DFU restore would fix it. Just restored fresh and it seems to work now.
Thought so. It's something to do with 9.1 and iCloud and the app thinning issues.
I and a few others have had the same issue. I spent 2-3 days with nearly 20 restores, updating, downgrading, fresh restore as new.
The only way to get it working once you've been on 9.1 just once and went back down is to go back to 9.1 or clean fresh start with no restore on 9.0.2.
