I have a Windows 10 laptop and an iPhone 8 plus. I have folders organized by year with photos in them. When I put new photos in these folders, I want to sync my iPhone to grab the new photos and add them on my phone. This worked seamlessly when I used a Mac. Now, the little arrow wheel spins and it says it's reading my drive to sync pictures, but never does. Twice, I've deleted iTunes from my computer, wiped my phone and started over. Then the photos sync. I'm completely stumped. I am usually really good about trouble-shooting and figuring this stuff out, I can't wipe my phone every single time I need to add photos.
