iTunes opens, then launches into app store review?

Has anyone had the issue of opening iTunes, it opens but then immediately closes iTunes and launches the App Store? It seem is to be stuck in this loop. Restarting the device did nothing. the iTunes store automatically goes back to the last page you were at. Just try going back to the main page, then resetting.

Main page? Main page of iTunes? I can't get iTunes to stay open. It doesn't matter where I am when I hit the home button within the app store. Trying to launch iTunes ultimately leads my iPad to a game review within the App Store.
