iTunes Podcasts Not Refreshing

I've noticed that with the the latest public beta podcasts aren't refreshing. The refresh button doesn't do anything and the refresh schedule doesn't seem to be in effect. I think they might be refreshing once a day but I'm not entirely sure.

Is anyone else seeing this?

So I went back to Yosemite and I'm seeing the same thing . I'm assuming this is an iTunes 12.2 thing?

I'm seeing the issue in Yosemite, too. It's sporadic though. The refresh button will work to download new podcasts, but the playback/timeline setting doesn't seem to sync.

Seems to be an iTunes / Podcast problem, rather than an isolated El Capitan bug.

I installed the iTunes update, but haven't checked yet. I should have some time tonight.
