Currently my wife and I have separate user accounts on our PC, along with separate iTunes user accounts, but we both sync to the same PC.

If I download a TV show using my user account, will she be able to sync it to her device since it's on the same computer and in the same household even though she has a separate iTunes account?

Is there a way to force iTunes to put purchased media in a specific folder? For example, all my stuff is synced to my NAS in the basement. I have a specific folder structure I use because my media is shared with other, non Apple devices. Whenever I buy music, I have to sync, manually move the music and then re-link iTunes to the file. Is there a way to force iTunes to put things in folders that I designate?

And one last question. :) Is there a way that I can get purchases to show up in my wife's library without having to do it manually? Right now, I have to log into my account, sync, move the file where I want and point iTunes to the new location. Then I have to log out, log into my wife's account, open iTunes and add the file. It's really obnoxious.

There's a setting in iTunes preferences which dictate the location of the library.
Point this to your NAS.

There's also a folder in your library called something like "Automatically Add to iTunes". If you put your new media in this folder in your wife's library, the next time she opens iTunes, it'll add to her iTunes as you require.

This is all documented fully on Apple's website - i suspect your searching skills are lacking.

No, my searching skills are just fine, it's just your reading comprehension skils that are lacking. Sorry to be curt, but I'm annoyed when someone reads a post and response critically when they in fact, didn't read the post correctly.

Currently the library file is on the NAS along with all the media. The part you are missing is that I maintain a specific folder structure because I stream media all over my house to different devices. I really don't want to move everything around, just so my iTunes media is where iTunes wants to put it.

Automatically add to iTunes, once again, places the media where iTunes wants to put it, not where I want it placed.

To summarize, my question was:

1) How do I specify folder locations within iTunes. For example, I want iTunes to put all the TV shows in \\NAS\Media\TV Shows and not in \\NAS\Music\TV Shows

Yes, she will be able to sync it to her device.
