iTunes Radio IOS7 Can I Add a Real Radio Station?

On my MBP I have a selection of radios in iTunes, most of which are real terrestrial broadcasters (i.e., BBC, CBC, WQXR, etc.) and some web radios (TSF Jazz Paris).

Is it possible to add such radios to an iPad with iTunes Radio IOS7?

That would require a real hardware tuner, and that's not going to happen. That being said, many radio stations have a website or a stand alone app that they use to stream their content with. Failing that, iHeartRadio has a ton of good stations; I believe BBC is one of them.
