It seems like sometimes, after a reboot, the iTunes Store is in the US store by default despite being logged on to an account registered to another country, which will make the Radio icon show up in the Music app. Although you won't be able to access it when hitting "Let's listen" or whatever it says.

Purchasing or updating an app (for instance) will transfer you to your local App Store, and the Radio icon will disappear...

iTunes Radio is available in the UK!

it has started showing up on mine today with a UK account but it's always unavailable. only on my iPad Air though.

Icon showed up in iTunes in Australia too....

But still "unavailable"

It's not disappearing here. Maybe something's about to happen...

UK iTunes iRadio showed up today

I have a UK iTunes account and noticed that in the music app on iPhone today that iRadio was showing as a main button at the bottom. When selected said not currently available. Just tried again now and has disappeared back to normal. Maybe coming soon? Has it been announced yet?

Hasn't been announced, and that seems to keep happening. Seems more of an iOS bug than an indication that it's coming.
