Is there a hack to have iTunes Radio without a US Apple ID ?

You need a store ID from a country that has iTunes Radio. AFAIK no way around that.

I don't think so. You can always create a free iTunes US ID.

Ah right, yah but problem is, if you are using Match etc it can be so annoying swapping accounts (wish we could just use multiple accounts!)
