ITunes Read's IPhone, But Cant Do Anything Past Charging It?

My Itunes finds my IPhone, as does my PC. Im logged into my account on Itunes, but I cant do anything with it.

I've even reset the IPhone + Re-Installed Itunes and nothing?

NVM. I see what you're saying now.

Try a DFU restore.

Did you use the Apple website to tell you all that you need to do to uninstall iTunes?
