So, I have a DP 1.25 PM and iTunes refuses to go away. If I quit iTunes it goes away for a split second and then comes back. Is there any way to make it quit and stay quit?

well i can't say why it's happening at all, but the command to force-quit an app is apple-option-escape.

can you provide more details? do you have an iPod hooked up? does restarting fix it, or does it happen again if you launch iTunes?

i wonder if repairing permissions would help if the process permissions are bad...

i would definitely try repairing permissions, see if that helps--

This will happen if you have an iTunes widget running on Konfabulator. If you do, try exiting the widget and see if that helps.
