itunes - remote control

hi, im looking to control my (PC) itunes from another computer (mac). I was wondering if anyone knows if this is possible?

currently my pc is connected to my hifi system, and i really cant be bothered to get up and move when i change songs, so i was hoping i could do it through my apple laptop?

if this cant be done, can anyone recommend a remote control for it?
