iTunes Rescan tag info

Hi,
i have updated the BPM info in all the tracks in iTunes library. Now iTunes will not update the info. I have to manualy click every track and select get info to update. Is there a way that iTunes rescans the info on all tracks?

Ok, will try that. I already scaned the tracks with mixmeister bpm analizer, the bpm is just not showing up unless i clik get info or play the track.
