iTunes - Rotate Video Already In iTunes?

I have several home movies of the kiddos that we shot and some of them need the video rotated. I already imported these into iTunes, is there an easy way to rotate the video?

I don't know about videos already it itunes. I had to rotate some of mine and I did it in iMovie with the crop function.

Thanks for the reply, I am messing around using MPEG Streamclip on the M4V files, and it seems to be doing the trick. If that fails, I will go through iMovie, thanks for the tip!
