iTunes, for the first time ever tells me my account is deactivated. Of course I go to the iForgot page via link to resolve this... when they ask me to answer security question it's my birthday. I enter this in the right format, but they tell me it doesn't match their records. (?? I know my own birthday). When I choose send an email (they have my correct email address), they don't send it. I tried yesterday also. They don't send the email. I don't know what gives with Apple, but I need to download Mavericks from my purchase history.

Thank you so much for any response to this.

p.s. also when I go to this page: https://iforgot.apple.com/appleid#!&section=appleid it comes back "The Page You're Looking For Can Not Be Found" and that's an Apple page. Apple has gone full incompetent with this ID issue, and seems to have no mechanism to sort it out.
