iTunes says I cant manage my music because its a new library

It says that i cant sync my music because it's a new library, when in reality all i have done is install a new OS.

I just installed windows 7, so i understand WHY it is saying this, but i would really rather not delete and re add all of my songs...is there anyway to get around this?

any ideas short of deleting and re syncing?

As far as I've been able to find, no. I had to reinstall my operating system and ended up having to delete everything and transfer it all back from my iPod.
