So prior to my snow leopard update everything was working fine. Than I installed SL and ever since than I cant down load anything at all from the store.

The message I get says the following:

"there was a problem downloading (insert name of movie or whatver here). You do not have enough access privleges for this operation

Please check that the URL is correct and that the network is active and try again"

any suggestions?

Go to your iTunes Folder --> hit apple (command) I (Get info).
Make sure you unlock the folder if it's locked
Make sure you see your user under (Sharing & Permissions)
If you don't: Click the + sign, select your user, and give yourself Read & Write Permissions
If you do see yourself: give yourself Read & Write Permissions
Then click the pull-down gear button and make yourself the owner
Once again click the gear pull-down menu and click apply to enclosed items.

I would log out then back in, you should be on your way ;)

It's her helpful information mate ;) I used it last week when I had the exact same problem, I remembered where I seen it

Well, unfortunately that did not work.

The weird thing is that there is a guest account on there, and I also created another user account. THose two will download but the main account I use will not.

Any other suggestions?
