Was curious who decides the pricing of season passes apple or the network?
I have noticed over the past year or so how once a new show becomes populer the price almost doubles in some cases.

Her is an example on 10-01-2013 Blacklist was 19.99 and today 10-11-2013 it is 39.99

I'm pretty sure it's the studios. Same thing happened with Elementary season 2- before it started: $34.99; after it started: $44.99.
