Now that you can use iTunes 4 to share your play lists, how long until you can use iPhoto, iMovie etc to share your albums or your (home) movies?

Seems like the next logical step for those applications.
 
yep, iTunes is the exception here, not the rule-- if it were legal/feasible, iTunes could share via .mac, instead they had to go with a different method... i wouldn't expect to see the sharing methods change much...

actually, i think i remember steve mentioning the possibility of sharing photo albums via rendezvous when he introduced rendezvous as part of Jaguar a few keynotes ago.

i'm guessing this will be in the next version of iPhoto. there is no reason not to impliment this feature that i can see. most peoples' photos in iPhoto are not copyrighted, so they wouldn't have to build as much copy protection into the system. i would use it with my friends who have laptops and airport to share snapshots.
 
There's a big difference though. iTunes sharing works because it's streaming, you don't ever actually download the whole song. With iPhoto, most of my files are over a meg big, wouldn't work to well in slide show mode.
