iTunes sign in problem

hi, I've been having a problem with signing into my App Store and iTunes. Every time I fill it out, it just says "you did not complete the entire form" even though I did?? If anyone experienced the same please tell me how you fixed it!! I'm still new to iPhone thank you!

No one can help you with this. You just need to fill out everything, including ways of payment. If you can't get it to work, see if you can do it with help of an Apple employee, preferably at the genius bar in a store and not on the phone. That way, they can help you with it.
