iTunes Slow Animation

I have been experiencing slow/jittery animation when I click on an album and it opens to show tracks. Never used to have this issue. Is anyone else seeing this?

iTunes version is 12.7.3.46
OSX version is 10.13.3
Mac: MBP 15" (2016)

Same issue. The more update, the worst it gets.

Oh wow, I just noticed this today on my 4K iMac. I thought it was just me!

I even try it on iMac Pro at Apple Store, there's also some stuttering of the animation when clicking on an album, too.
