I have one album by Eminem, and for some reason it is split into 8 different entries all titled 'Eminem', shown in the image below. The album and artist are written exactly the same, I can't see any logical reason for this. I changed the seperate songs to a different artist and back, no effect. They are in the same folders and even all titled in a similar style in Finder. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

I've had things like this before. Almost always solved by adjusting metadata. Check album artist is the same for each track. As above check all tracks are assigned to the same album. Basically you need to go through all the metadata, check the sorting metadata, this can mess everything up. Close and restart iTunes after you've adjusted something too.

I've got a few albums where one or two tracks just won't list with the album. I've changed and double checked everything, but for some reason iTunes just won't let them join in! Mystery.

Once in a great while you have to drag an album out of iTunes. Eliminate it from your library, and then put the tracks you dragged out back in to make it accept it as a single album.

They're all set to the right track number, disc, artist etc. It's ripped straight from the CD too, so that should make it even more accurate.
