I buy iTunes Gift Cards every month for my son and nothing happens. Last week I tried to purchase 2 gift cards ($100 each) and then I got this error message: "Your transaction could not be completed. Contact iTunes support.". I've contacted iTunes support and here is what I got in reply:
What can I do? This is actually strange, because last year I had the same problem, but then someone else replied and somehow reset my 'limit':
This is really strange, because I spent thousands of $$ on Apple hardware and iTunes content. I'm a loyal customer and I can't understand this. Please help me.
