iTunes Store not working

Anyone else experiencing this?

I just reset my phones settings thinking it was my issue and that would solve it. It didn't. It also didn't tell me that my cards would be deleted, now I have to set up Apple Pay on my phone and watch all over again

I can't even sign in to do that now anyway because of the error
