Over the past few months I’ve had all my iTunes Store refund requests refused without any explanation. I’ve spoken to iTunes customer service rep’s who are just downright rude. A quick search on Google shows that I’m not the only one. Anyone know what’s going on?

What is the basis of your refund requests?
And how many are there? (you said all requests... plural)

The last refund request I made was because of a duplicate purchase. I was surfing through the iTunes Store and found a film I wanted. Usually it says “Purchased” where the price would be but this case it didn’t so I purchased the film. It’s only when I went into my iTunes Library that I noticed that I had already purchased this film sometime before. I did not attempt to stream or download the film and lodged a refund request straight away but was still refused.

I’ve made maybe 20 refund requests over 15 years, having purchased literally thousands of songs, films, tv show and apps. I’ve only recently started having a problem in the past year. Previously I had no problems with refund requests being approved.
