iTunes sync problem w/ iPhone 4S

Hey guys,
I've attached a screenshot of the error I'm getting. It's giving me this error when syncing music, specifically from one playlist. I've tried everything I can and nothing is working. I'm running iTunes 10.5.1 w/ music match. Any help would be great, I would love to get these 80 songs on my phone.

I also need to add that it's one playlist these songs are from. Its a playlist of random music that has about 145 songs. It synced fine to my iPod touch gen 3 running iOS4.

Unsync all of your media and resync. If that doesn't work, restore. I had the same problems.
