iTunes sync problem

Hello,

i am running iTunes 12.6.3.6
only because i like to be able to manage my non-itunes ebooks.

unless there is a much better way to manage my books with the new iTunes version.

anyways, i keep getting this error message when i try to sync my iPhone 7 iOS 12.2

but when i sync my iPad mini with iOS 12.2, it works perfectly fine.
how can i fix the sync issue with my iPhone?

yes i have and unfortunately it doesn't seem to work for my situation.
