Ever since I updated iTunes to the latest version (12.7.4) and my iPhone X to iOS 11.3, my iTunes takes an absolute age to do a sync with the phone. The backup process is excruciatingly slow & then it gets stuck on step 5 (reading photos from...) where it just stays for at least 30 mins before I have to cancel the sync process. Usually the whole thing wouldn't take more than 5 mins but since the updates on iTunes & iPhone.
I'm getting sick of new bugs emerging after I update something & I've never had this issue before. Anyone else had problems syncing iTunes & their phone - and any potential fixes please?
