I have seen this on many other people's screenshots and it looks awesome!! I have looked everywhere for it and there is quite a lot of interest in it. Would someone please enlighten us as to what it is.

Thanks. I did PM him 3 weeks ago and he has not replied!!! That is why I did post it. I just edited it in photoshop to cut it out and did not change the format.
