When you either are mousing over that track or have it selected. Seriously, this is just ridiculous. What purpose does this serve except to be annoying? I had been using an older version of iTunes for a long time and updated recently only to find this "feature" and now I wish I hadn't updated at all.

Sometimes it's "update or die". That "feature" is toward the bottom of my complaints about the iTunes interface.
If they opened an API into the Apple Music database there would be 12-year-old kids coding incredible interfaces.
