Apple tech support said that transfer app purchases from iPhone/iPad to iTunes will start working again from iOS 9.0.2

I am unable to update my devices today as I am out of town. Can anyone check please?

I read in this forum, Apple anwser to a user, transfer app purchases from iPhone/iPad to iTunes is not a BUG

They implement one new service, apps thinning
Use serach in forum and you can read the correct thread

u believed tech support? theres ur problem, phone reps today are probably never informed of anything let alone fast enough to be accurately relevant

this is an intentional change from apple, i guess its impossible to find a way to make it with with this crappy "app thinning" thats supposedly not even activated yet either.. or apple can just scrap app thinning & dump 8 & 16gb devices..32gb new minimum, 32gb of flash is how expensive today over 16 or 8 gb..? yeah...

Apple tech support lied blatantly.

This one thing might push me towards Android.
