Hi,

I've recently purchased several seasons of the TV Show 24. Tonight I am having problems in watching / downloading 8 specific episodes from Season 3.

On my Apple TV 3 it says "there's a problem, please try later", on iTunes it says "an unknown error occurred (502)" sometimes number in brackets is 503 or 504.

On my iPad it says one of two things, either "you must be connected to WiFi to view this", or "media format not supported". The iPad is connected to WiFi and everything else can be accessed without issue.

I raised this with Apple Support and initially they offered to refund me, which doesn't really help me as we want to watch the remainder of the series. From there the discussion descended into restarting devices, signing out of iTunes and contacting my internet service provider.

When I mentioned that all other episodes play/download fine, along with all other iTunes purchased films and TV shows they seemed to run out of ideas.

To me it looks like a problem on the iTunes Store with these specific episodes, but I'm at a loss how to communicate this to Apple.

For completeness I did restart my home router, PC, iPad, Apple TV - but none of this is resolving the issue of allowing me to watch these specific episodes.

Any help or advise would be appreciated. Many Thanks...
