iPhone iTunes version too old (Pangu) iPhone 4, 7.1.2

Am trying to Jailbreak my iPhone 4 on 7.1.2 using Pangu for windows, but everytime I run Pangu, I get an 'iTunes is too old, please upgrade to 11.2 or later' error. I have the latest version already installed. Have tried on 3 different computers, 1 of them has a fresh install of iTunes, but still no luck.

Please help!. Thanks...
