iTunes WiFi Sync messing up my folders

I think I found a bug. If you setup WiFi Sync then re-arrange your folders on your iPhone 4S, it is not updated on iTunes App Tab so when you WiFi Sync the folders go back to how they are on iTunes!

Had to disable WiFi Sync now, I hope this is fixed!

Yikes! I'll give that a try later. I turned off WiFi sync because it often couldn't find the iDevice or iTunes. And I got tired of the error popups in iTunes that it couldn't find the device (I assume when I went out of wifi range).
