Reposting here because my first post was in a different subforum.

iTunes version 12.12.9.4, running on Windows 10.

I have a 1TB iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 16.6, and an iPod Classic (7th gen) that has been retrofitted with a 512GB micro SD card.

I've been trying to sync my entire library of some 400GB to both devices. As far as I can tell, everything got copied over to the iPod.

But not everything is getting copied to the iPhone. The music storage in my iPhone reads 261GB, and iTunes shows something similar. There are no errors that show up on iTunes.

Anything I can try here?

Were you able to resolve? Similar issue here, but MacBook Pro / iTunes Music.

I had this problem too. I found a setting that had something about use iCloud library that I turned off. But for the life of me I can’t find it again. It seem some of these setting are hidden quite well.
