I tried uninstalling iTunes, Apple Software Update, Bonjour, and Apple Mobile USB Device through control panel.

I then reinstalled iTunes. Still can't get iTunes to detect my iPhone. Any ideas?
 
If you have the latest version of iTunes, you shouldn't have a problem with it detecting your iPhone. There may be a problem with your usb ports or your usb cord. Does the phone still charge?
