I just upgraded to the latest Itunes and now when i plug my ipod touch 6 it does not show up, also for music how do i access home sharing?

Same problem here with my iPhone.
I just removed completely iTunes and I will post tomorrow any updates.
Went back to previous Itunes, restarted computer and still Ipod does not show up in Itunes ,Tried Iphone 4, tried ipod touch 4, neither of those show up
Hello again, so I re-installed iTunes 12.3 and it's working fine now.
Follow step by step this guide to uninstall iTunes https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204275
REMEMBER TO ALLWAYS RESTART YOUR PC after uninstall.
Then download iTunes 12.3 from here http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Restart again after iTunes installation.
Then, open iTunes and plug in your iPhone.
