iTuns Match won't download some tracks to my iPhone ...

There are some tracks I own that Match just refuses to download to my iPhone.
There's 1 album in particular:

-In iTunes on my MBP every track is listed as Matched

-On my iPhone, there are 4 tracks from this album that have the circular icon that seems to indicate that it's about to download the tracks from the cloud, but it never happens

I have tried downloading these tracks from Match lots of times, in lots of different locations, over 3G & WiFi & nothing seems to work

It's making me dislike iTunes Match ...

Any clues as to what's going on & what I might be able to do to resolve this?

I've got the same problem with a song by Panic! at the Disco..
I bought the CD, so the quality is absolutely fine on my MBP..

But the downloading circle icon is stuck on my iPhone.

OK here's how I seem to have resolved this...

• Mac > iTunes > Store menu > Update iTunes Match
• Mac > iTunes > Store menu > Turn Off iTunes Match, then turn back on (takes a couple minutes to re-match tracks, but not the hours it took first time around)
• iPhone > Settings > Music > Turn off iTunes Match, then turn it back on

I think it was the last that actually fixed it, but thought I'd include all steps taken, for completeness.

Now:
a. The album that was showing all tracks on iTunes as matched, but only 5 showed up on my iPhone - all now appear

b. The album where all tracks are listed on the iPhone, but 4 are unable to download from iTunes Match - now I am able to download them all

So as at this point, I no longer have any serious issues with iTunes Match
