for the past 5 months my ITv worked fine. about a week ago it stoped playing all my ripped movies.

contacted ITunes was pretty much given a F U not our issue... they told me that the movies where in the wrong format with out even looking at my system or even paying any attion to the fact it just stoped working then they gave me some bs of how my warrenty didnt cover my issues and i needed to buy a $30 extra warrenty waste of money if you ask me...

iv tryed more "tryed and trued" methods. AKA uninstalling Itunes from the host computer and putting the movies back on it, tryed resting, restarting the Itv its self. even tried a diffrent host computer all to the same effect.

when i launch a movie i get a big warrning saying "an error ocurred loading this content. try again later." anyone else have this issue and know how to solve it?

any help would be welcomed for i have stumped ever other computer tec i know with this issue

When I worked at best buy a long time ago we got this quite often... It turned out to be a simple "I" "D" TEN "T" error... There's a pretty simple fix for it actually...
